With only nine chalets, the camp offers a very intimate safari experience, keeping the family-run ethos of conservation, preservation and authenticity at the heart of every guests stay.

Just like the other Amalinda properties in Hwange, a comfortable lounge and main area sits under thatch, with a swimming pool the perfect place for time in between activities. And of course, a waterhole which attracts huge amounts of wildlife.
With access to the huge private concession bordering Hwange National Park, game drives and walking safaris are always a thrill in the area. Aside from the game viewing, visits to the Painted Dog Conservation project are also possible and provide a fantastic insight into the work being undertaken to conserve this enigmatic carnivores.
