Other office favourites are St Geran which is an iconic and luxurious hotel priced at $420 per person per night. It is stunning and well worth staying at if you have a bigger budget. Belle Mare Plage has a truly beautiful beach, and is excellent value for money at $164 per person per night.
Getting to Mauritius is very difficult from mainland Africa, so if you want to visit Mauritius you are best to do this on a one-off trip from the main airline hubs like London, and not on the end of safari.

Belle Mare Plage is a big hotel, with just over 200 rooms, but with a huge footprint along a seriously stunning expanse of beach, you are guarenteed private moments and enjoy extremely good service. This is our number one choice for high quality family accommodation, adhering to ideals of fabulous landscape, food, activities and comfort without comprimising style and soul. Our View
The flagship Beachcomber property in the south-west of the island is the up-market version of Le Paradis and is right next door. This area is wonderful for water sports and golf and the backdrop of Le Morne makes a great setting. This is a great option for all those seeking peace and tranquillity; but also offers more for anyone wanting external restaurants and golfing opportunities as a result of their tie-up with the neighbouring Paradis Hotel & Golf Club, who allow Dinarobin guests access to all facilities, including their 18-hole international golf course, and 4 restaurants. Our View
The larger Beachcomber property in the south-west of the island. This is a large hotel with underwhelming rooms though this area is wonderful for water sports and golf and the backdrop of Le Morne makes a great and amazing setting. Our View
